Rest to the brain

Overnight parties, chats, and hangouts might be “cool” with your mates but definitely isn’t for your memory.  Keep in minds that your brain needs sleep and seven to eight hours is a must. Practice meditating when you have time in your life. A good 20 minutes of meditation every day, preferably in the morning or before lunchtime, sharpens the brain cells and if you are regular it will also increase your grey matter.
